Who we are

What you share
When you send a general inquiry or belt request, you may provide your name, email address, optional phone number, selected belt specifications, delivery preference, and notes. This information is used to respond to you and discuss orders and pricing. Do not include credit card numbers or banking details in the form.
How forms are delivered
We use FormSubmit, a third-party form processor, to email customer messages to Brian. FormSubmit states it retains submitted messages for 30 days. After delivery, messages may remain in business email correspondence as needed to answer requests or manage orders. Contact us to request deletion of messages we control, subject to necessary records.
Information stored in your browser
Selections made in the Build a Belt tool are saved in local storage on your device so your request is available between visits. Items are not emailed just because you add them. Submission of the order request sends your contact information and belt selections to the form processor. You can clear saved selections through your browser’s site-data controls.
Embedded maps and other services
Our location map uses Google Maps. Viewing it may share technical data, such as your IP address, with Google. Other external links are subject to their providers’ privacy practices. The current site does not include an advertising or analytics tracker, although the hosting provider may handle technical data needed to serve the site.
Sharing and payment
This website sends messages to FormSubmit and relevant email providers to handle inquiries. It does not sell customer contact details or collect card payments. Customers arrange any payment directly with Brian.
Your choices
You may call or email Brian instead of submitting a web form. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information in business correspondence, email buffaloleatherbelts@gmail.com. This site is not intended for children to submit information without a parent or guardian.
Updates
We may update this notice when website services change. The effective date above will be revised accordingly.
